Delivery times
I will be taking a break from December 23rd and will return on January 6th, 2025. Orders placed by December 22nd at 11:59 PM will be shipped as usual. Any orders placed from December 23rd onwards will be processed as quickly as possible after January 6th.
Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. All orders are posted using Royal Mail. UK orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard) or Royal Mail Tracked 24 depending on your selection
Tracked 48-hour delivery / 2nd Class Post (2–4 working days from dispatch)
Tracked 24-hour delivery / 1st Class Post (1–2 working days from dispatch)
Shipping
For UK orders, it’s free Standard Delivery when your final order total is £35 or above. For any orders below £35, I’ll add UK postage via Royal Mail onto your order at the checkout to cover the shipping, which is as follows:
Standard Delivery (free for orders £35 and over):
£3.95 Tracked 48-hour Delivery (2–4 working days from dispatch)
First Class Delivery:
£4.95: Tracked 24-hour Delivery (1–2 working days from dispatch)
International Orders
If you would like to place an order for international delivery, please email me directly at hello@natdraws.co.uk.
Returns
I hope you love your Natdraws products, however if you are not completely happy you can notify me by emailing hello@natdraws.co.uk to arrange a return within 14 days of purchase.
Conditions of Returns
You need to return your unwanted products for a refund within 14 working days of receiving your order. Both the products and their original packaging must be returned as new and in a saleable condition. Unfortunately, items that are not in their original condition or are deemed unsellable cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for return postage costs and will need to purchase your own return shipping label. I recommend using tracked delivery as I cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit.
For any questions or to request a return, please email hello@natdrawsthis with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order, and I will guide you through the process. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When returning your parcel, please clearly include your full name and order number so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, I’ll get your refund processed within 7 working days. I will refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
I am only able to refund the price of the products in full and cannot cover any return shipping costs.
This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation
I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order by emailing hello@natdraws.co.uk and I’ll do my best to assist and change what I can.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, especially if they are made to order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
